Whether you're brand new to Pilates or a regular, our classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you grow stronger every session. We can't wait to pulse it out with you!

At Pulse Pilates, our memberships are designed to give you flexibility, consistency, and results. Whether you’re looking to move a couple of times a week or make Pilates a part of your daily routine, we offer a range of options to suit your lifestyle. Members enjoy priority booking, access to a variety of class times, and the ability to build strength, balance, and confidence in a supportive community environment. Joining as a member means committing to yourself and feeling the difference that consistent movement makes.

Pulse Duo (2× week)

A perfect fit if you’re looking for a consistent yet manageable rhythm. Attend up to two classes each week, allowing you to build strength and control, without overwhelming your schedule.

Pulse Trio (3× week)

Step it up with three sessions each week. This option is ideal for those ready to deepen their practice, see faster results, and make Pilates a key part of their routine.

Pulse Infinity (Unlimited)

For the truly committed, this unlimited-attendance option gives you full access to all class times, enabling maximum flexibility, rapid progress, and the chance to really immerse yourself in the Pilates lifestyle.
